Tree Ridge Family Update Week 2 Covid-19
Updated: Mar 29
Dear Brothers and Sisters, The following is an update on things we are working on: 1. For now we are still meeting together to worship by way of Facebook Live at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow morning. If you have Facebook you can follow the service @treeridgecc and receive a notification or if you are not on Facebook just Google wwww.facebook.com/treeridgecc/. 2. Your viewing experience should be improved this week. 3. It is important that we maintain community by making sure "we worship together" at 10:30 a.m. The writer of Hebrews reminds us: "Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another---and all the more as you see the Day approaching" (Hebrews 10:25 NIV). 4. Please take the time to reach out to others (particularly the Lost) during this time with a phone call, e-mail, letter or personal visit where appropriate. Please forward the daily e-mails or the Sunday messages, or link them to Facebook or our webpage treeridgecc.org. Additionally, be looking on our webpage or Facebook for our first audio Podcast. Let's get the Word out! 5. Regarding last weeks message at last look we have had 216 people listen in. Not sure what that really means, but I am sure God's Word will not come back void. Its a start. 6. As we expand our Social Media outreach please keep in mind that these new ventures are not accounted for in our current budget. Thus it is important that each of us keep giving what God has laid on our hearts. 7. Finally, please be reminded that all that we do is for God's Glory and what we do in this life for Him is all that will last. "For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all" (2 Cor. 4:17 NIV). May God Richly Bless You My Beloved. Pastor Brad P. S. Pray for resources to give us the ability to reach out by way of Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and our website. Resources include technical knowledge and support, time, money and the Indwelling of the Holy Spirit.
